    ** Company enters license agreement and strategic
collaboration with Novartis Pharma  NOVN.S  to develop potential
gene therapy candidates
    ** Novartis to pay Voyager an upfront payment of $100 mln,
including a $20 mln purchase of newly issued equity in VYGR
    ** NOVN and VYGR will collaborate to advance a preclinical
gene therapy candidate for Huntington's disease that causes the
progressive breakdown of nerve cells in the brain
    ** VYGR is eligible to receive up to $1.2 bln in milestone
payments
    ** NOVN to gain access to Voyager's RNA-based screening
platform TRACER capsid
    ** VYGR rose 38.3% in 2023
