Following the CMA's announcement on 17 December 2020 that it had issued a decision finding that 3 suppliers of groundworks products to the UK construction industry (Vp plc, M.G.F (Trench Construction Systems) Ltd and Mabey Hire Ltd) had infringed competition law and that fines totalling more than £15m had been imposed on Vp plc and M.G.F (Trench Construction Systems) Ltd, the CMA has today published the non-confidential version of its infringement decision in this case.  The non-confidential infringement decision can be found on the CMA's website at: https://www.gov.uk/cma-cases/provision-of-products-and-or-services-to-the-construction-industry-civil-investigation.
