Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Vp plc, the equipment rental specialist, announces the appointment of Richard
Smith as a Non-Executive Director to the Board of the Company with effect from
1 February 2025.

Richard Smith will succeed Phil White who, after over ten years with the
Group, advised of his intention to retire and step down from the Board on 30
June 2025, as stated in Vp's Interim Results announced in November 2024.

To ensure an orderly transition, Richard will be appointed prior to Phil's
retirement and will then succeed Phil's membership of Vp's Remuneration, Audit
and Nomination Committees on 1 July 2025.

Richard Smith biography

Richard is an experienced FTSE100 Chief Executive.

growth at Unite which led to it entering the FTSE 100 Index in 2022. Richard
remained with Unite in an advisory capacity until early October 2024.

number of roles, including Chief Financial Officer for North America and Group

plc, a leading real estate investment trust specialising in UK Multi-Let

"I am very pleased to welcome Richard to the Board. He brings considerable
experience to Vp and we look forward to working with him to maintain the
