Board Appointment

 

Vp plc, the equipment rental specialist, today announces that Keith Winstanley
will join the Group as its Chief Financial Officer in January 2024.

 

Keith qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC and has recently undertaken
senior finance leadership roles at KCOM Group plc and Lookers plc, where he
worked closely with Vp CEO Anna Bielby.

 

Commenting on Keith's appointment, Anna Bielby, CEO of Vp, said: "I am
delighted to be welcoming Keith to Vp as CFO and I look forward to working
with him again.  Keith has significant finance experience which will be
instrumental in driving Vp forwards."

 

There are no further details required to be disclosed under Listing Rule
9.6.13 in relation to this appointment.
