Vp plc, the equipment rental specialist, is pleased to report that further to the announcement on 4 December 2017 that the Competition & Markets Authority (the 'CMA') was investigating the completed acquisition by Vp of Brandon Hire Group Holdings Limited (the 'Acquisition'); that the CMA has concluded its investigation and has cleared the completed Acquisition by Vp plc of Brandon Hire Group HoldingsLimited.
