** Q4 revenue rises 5.3% Y/Y, while expenses fall 4.2% Y/Y

** Q4 EBITDA margin at 23% vs 14% a year earlier

** Sees busiest day since February 6, with trading vols at 1.9 mln shares, over 27x the 30-day average
