India's VST Tiller Tractors jumps after April sales nearly double

** Shares of VST Tiller Tractors Ltd VST.NS jump 6.6% to 3,810.30 rupees

** VST on Thursday said its tractor and power tiller sales nearly doubled to 2,320 units in April

** Day's gains turns stock positive for the week, last up 1.2%

** However, VST down ~28% so far this year, compared to larger rivals' Escorts Kubota's ESCO.NS 1.5% drop and tractor leader Mahindra & Mahindra's 2.3% decline
