** Shares of VST Tillers Tractors Ltd VST.NS fall as much as 5.5% to 3,535 rupees

** Farm equipments maker reported a 29.7% y/y fall in Q4 consol profit to 244.2 mln rupees; total expenses grew 11.2% y/y

** Adds, operational EBITDA expected to remain in range of 11%-13% for FY26

** More than 29,000 shares traded as of 1:55 p.m. IST, 3.2x their 30-day moving avg

** VST last down 1%, adding to YTD losses of 28.9%
