Tractors Ltd  VST.NS  rise as much as 18.83% to 2,574.40 rupees,
marking sharpest intraday pct gain since Aug. 18, 2021
    ** Stock hits highest level since Sept. 8, 2022, on track
for second consecutive session of gains
    ** More than 86,000 shares change hands by 11:40 a.m. IST,
17.1x the 30-day avg, most active trading session since Oct. 11,
2022 
    ** Stock above 50-day, 100-day and 200-day simple moving
averages
    ** VST says it crossed a production milestone of 500,000
power tillers at its Bengaluru plant
    ** Stock down 1.62% this year as of last close, was down
20.32% in 2022
