French and Benelux stocks-Factors to watch

June 29 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    ATOS  ATOS.PA :
    Shareholders of French technology company Atos rejected a
resolution on Wednesday demanding the departure of chairman of
the board of directors Bertrand Meunier, voting 67.38% against.
    
    ESI GROUP  ESIG.PA 
    The U.S. electronic equipment maker Keysight Technologies
KEYS.N said on Wednesday it would acquire a controlling stake in
French software firm in a 913 million euros ($995.81 million)
deal.
    
    ORANGE  ORAN.PA 
    France's biggest telecoms operator confirmed Wednesday it
was opening exclusive talks with bank BNP Paribas  BNPP.PA  with
the aim of bringing its online retail banking clientele under
BNP Paribas' umbrella.
    
    RENAULT  RENA.PA 
    The French car maker raised on Thursday its outlook for
full-year 2023 following the success of its new launches.
Renault, which has been engaged for several years in a deep
restructuring and a strategic repositioning to restore its
margins, said it is now aiming for an operating margin of
between 7% and 8% by 2023, up from a previous target of more
than 6%.
    
    SANOFI  SASY.PA 
    The French pharmaceutical company reaffirmed its ambition on
Thursday to deliver more than 10 billion euros in annual
vaccines sales by 2030, fueled by an accelerated pace of
innovation
    
    SES IMAGOTAG  SESL.PA 
    The French smart digital labels specialist said external
auditors have concluded it did not overstate revenue nor did the
company buy and sell repeatedly on round trip transactions
between its Chinese business partner, BOE, refuting allegations
