** Shares in French electronic company VusionGroup VU.PA are down 6.8% after Walmart WMT.N sold 650,000 shares overnight at EUR 253 per share, an 8% discount to Monday's close
** Post-transaction, Walmart retains a potential 6.5% capital stake through 1.1 mln share subscription warrants, fixed at EUR 112 per share
** Conditional to the usage of 100% of these rights is that expenditure with Vusion reaches $3 bln, which ODDO BHF analyst Aurélien Sivignon says is likely looking at the current pace of rollout, with Walmart "likely to exercise the rest of its warrants in 2026 and 2027"
** Since VusionGroup's deal with Walmart in April 2023 until Monday's close, the company's shares were up around 83%
