    ** WSIN untraded on the day; has sporadically traded over
past few sessions
    ** Nifty Realty index  .NIFTYREAL  up 1.8% to highest since
Nov 2021
    ** PREG is up 27.4% YTD, while Nifty Realty index is up ~24%
