** Shares of W S Industries (India) Ltd  WSIN.NS  surge as
much as 5% to 103.10 rupees, their highest since February 2008
    ** Infrastructure and electrical project handling co says it
bagged two construction orders in Tamil Nadu with an aggregate
value of 3.72 bln rupees ($45.31 mln) 
    ** Stock up for a fourth consecutive session
    ** About 41,500 shares change hands by 10:27 a.m. IST, vs
the 30-day avg of 77,688 shares - Refinitiv Data
    ** Stock had risen more than six-fold in value this year, as
of last close
