** Shares of India's Waaree Renewable Technologies WAAE.NS jump 9.6% to 1161 rupees, set for fifth straight session of gains

** Renewable energy co posts 66% increase yoy in Q4 net profit to 1.56 billion rupees ($16.80 million), rev from ops more than doubles yoy to 11.02 billion rupees

** More than 80,456 shares change hand by 9.26 am IST vs 30-day avg of 403,366 shares

** YTD, WAAE up ~10%
