** The electric utilities company says September-quarter profit down about 36% to 738.9 million rupees ($7.80 million) from 1.16 billion rupees last year

** Company's quarterly consolidated revenue rose about 37% to 10.58 billion rupees from 7.75 billion rupees in the same quarter last year** Waaree stock down 14.61%, YTD
