Annual Report and Accounts 2023 and

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 and Disclosure Guidance and Transparency
Rule ("DTR") 4.1, the Company announces that the Annual Report and Accounts
for the year ended 31 December 2023 ("Annual Report 2023") has been published
on its website:

The Company has also published the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024 (the
"AGM Notice 2024").

The Company's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") will be held at 4:00pm on
Thursday 16 May 2024 at Third Floor (East), Albemarle House, 1 Albemarle
Street, London W1S 4HA. The AGM Notice 2024 is also available on the Company's

AGM Notice 2024 and the Form of Proxy have been submitted to the Financial
Conduct Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be
available for inspection
