Dec 19 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    LISI  GFII.PA :
    LISI entered negotiations to sell its French division LISI
Automotive Nomel to ZeroBaseInvest. The transaction should be
completed by the end of February 2025.
    
    Viridien  VIRI.PA :
    French oil and gas services group Viridien announced a
temporary unification of its Chairman and CEO roles. Sophie
Zurquiyah is to assume combined roles until 2026, while Philippe
Salle will assume roles of Vice-Chairman and Lead Director.
    
    Waga Energy  WAGA.PA :   
    Waga Energy signed a 20-year agreement with Seccra to
produce RNG in Pennsylvania.
