Jan 29 (Reuters) - Wai Chun Mining Industry Group Co Ltd  0660.HK : 
 * Memorandum of understanding in respect of possible acquisition and connected 
transaction  
 * Unit entered into the mou with the vendor and the company 
 * Vendor intended to sell the entire issued share capital of the target company 
for an aggregate consideration of hk$650 million 
 * Industry -consolidated net profit (after tax)of target co for year ending 
2016 & 2017 shall not be less than RMB300 million & RMB500 million respectively
