** Shares of Wakefit Innovations WAKE.NS fall 6.6% to 182.17 rupees in trading debut, valued at 59.54 billion rupees ($656.7 million) as of 10:12 IST

** Stock opened flat at 195 rupees on the National Stock Exchange of India, same as IPO issue price

** Mattresses and furniture maker's 12.89-bln-rupee IPO, which was subscribed 2.52x, comprised a fresh issue of shares worth 3.77 billion rupees and existing shareholders selling shares worth 9.12 billion rupees

** Proceeds from IPO to be used for setting up 117 new stores, rent and license fees for existing stores, purchasing new equipment and machinery, and marketing and advertising
