The S&P 500 and the Nasdaq scaled fresh intraday record highs on Wednesday driven by a surge in cloud computing firm Oracle, while cooler-than-expected inflation data kept the U.S. Federal Reserve on track to cut borrowing costs this year.  .N

At  13:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was down 0.56% at 45,457.62. The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.30% at 6,532.02, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 0.12% at 21,904.68.
