** Shares of WAM Leaders  WLE.AX  dip as much as 3.5% to
A$1.505, their biggest intraday pct loss since Nov 17, 2022
    ** The investment co announces a share purchase plan (SPP)
and placement to raise a maximum of A$731.5 mln (~$495 mln)
    ** Issue price of A$1.48 per share is at a 5.1% discount to
stock's close on March 3
    ** Shares touch their lowest level since Jan 20
    ** ~1.4 mln shares traded vs the 30-day avg of ~567K shares
    ** Stock has risen 6.5% YTD, as of last close
