Australia's Wam Strategic Value gains on upbeat FY earnings

** Shares of Wam Strategic Value  WAR.AX  rise as much as
1.8% to A$1.12, their highest levels since Aug 2 
    ** The investment co posts FY net profit from ordinary
activities after income tax expense of A$22.1 mln ($15.02 mln),
up 40.1% from previous FY
    ** Adds that FY revenue from ordinary activities of A$38.3
mln, up 72.5% from previous FY
    ** Stock has risen 5.3% this year, as of last close
