Warehouse REIT (UK): Constituent Deletion

Changes in FTSE UK Index Series

11 September 2025

 Following the confirmation of delisting of Warehouse REIT (UK, constituent) as
 a result of the unconditional cash offer by Wapping Bidco (non-constituent),
 please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:

 Warehouse REIT (UK, BD2NCM3) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 Index.

 Pinewood Technologies Group (UK, BSB7BS0) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index
 and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap Index.

 All changes effective from 16 September 2025.
