Adjournment of Annual General Meeting

 

Further to the Company's announcement on 6 August 2025, shareholders are
hereby notified that the Company's Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held
at 10.00am on 2 September 2025 has been adjourned and will be re-convened at
10.00am on 30 September 2025 at the same venue, the offices of Tilstone
Partners Limited, 3rd Floor, 55 Wells Street, London, W1T 3PT. The adjournment
is to enable shareholders to have further clarity on the status of the offer
from Wapping Bidco Limited before the date of the meeting.

 

The new deadline for submission of votes by proxy to the Company's registrar
will be 10.00am on 26 September 2025.  Proxies already submitted will remain
valid for the new date of the Annual General Meeting unless superseded by a
new proxy.

 

The Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements (ARFS) for the year ended
31 March 2025 and the 2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting (Notice of
Meeting) are available for viewing on the Company's website, at the following
