(the "Company" or "Warehouse REIT", together with its subsidiaries, the
"Group")

Dividend Declaration

The Company has declared its third interim dividend in respect of the third
quarter of the financial year ending 31 March 2025 of 1.60 pence per ordinary
share, payable on 11 April 2025 to shareholders on the register on 14 March
2025. The ex-dividend date will be 13 March 2025.

The dividend of 1.60 pence per ordinary share will be paid in full as a
Property Income Distribution.
