Warehouse REIT drops Tritax Big Box's buyout offer for Blackstone bid

Aug 27 (Reuters) - Britain's Warehouse REIT said on Wednesday it has decided against proceeding with peer Tritax Big Box REIT's BBOXT.L buyout proposal, weeks after shifting allegiance towards Blackstone's BX.N about 489-million-pound ($660.59 million) offer.
