Warpaint London plc (AIM: W7L), the specialist supplier of colour cosmetics
and owner of the W7 and Technic brands, announces that on 12 February 2025,
Keith Sadler, Non-executive Director, purchased 2,500 ordinary shares of 25p
each in the Company at a price of 400p per share.

Following this purchase, Keith Sadler has a beneficial interest in 44,899
ordinary shares in the Company.

W7 is sold in the UK primarily to major retailers and internationally to local
distributors or retail chains.  The Technic brand is sold in the UK and
