Washington H. Soul to buy remaining stake in Perpetual for $2 billion
Dec 6 (Reuters) - Australian diversified investment firm Washington H. Soul Pattinson and Company SOL.AX said on Wednesday that it had submitted a non-binding, indicative proposal on Nov. 21 to acquire all the shares that it does not own in Perpetual PPT.AX for A$3.1 billion ($2.04 billion).
