* Q1 revenues about 2 pct above strong prior year's quarter;
full year guidance of 3-5 pct revenue growth confirmed
* Q1 revenue increase from 75.5 million euros (prior year)
to 76.8 million euros ($87.49 million)
* Outlook for 2016: significant revenue growth with
significant increase in EBIT
* Q1 EBIT of 3.7 million euros and therefore - due to
investments for further growth - about 0.6 million euros below
prior year
* Dividend of 1.70 euros per share proposed
