** Shares of waste management solutions provider Waste Management Inc WM.N fall 2.8% to $207.90 premarket

** Co misses Q3 revenue and profit estimates

** WM set to open at its lowest in nine months, if current losses hold

** Co also reports annual revenue forecast at the lower end of prior est, cites lower prices for recycled commodities and slow growth in its healthcare waste collection business

** YTD, WM up nearly 6% vs 17.1% gain for S&P 500 .SPX
