** Waste Management WM.N shares fall 1.4% to $225.80 premarket

** Co's Q1 revenue missed analyst estimates, while posting higher expenses in the quarter related to the integration of its new medical waste destruction businesses

** Houston, Texas-based co posted Q1 total revenue of $6.01 bln vs analyst avg estimate of $6.12 bln, according to data compiled by LSEG

** However, co posted Q1 adj profit of $1.67/share,above analysts' estimate of $1.62/share - LSEG

** 13 of 23 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, 10 "hold"; their median PT is $250 - LSEG

** As of last close, stock had risen 13.5% YTD
