The following information is given in accordance with Article 19.3 of the
Market Abuse Regulation and is made on behalf of Teresa Colaianni a PDMR, in
the Watches of Switzerland Group PLC under article 19.1 of the Market Abuse

The Company has been notified that Tea Colaianni has transferred all of her
shareholding, of 24,447 ordinary shares, from a sole account into a joint
named account with her spouse.  There is no change to the total shareholding.
