Director Change

 

Watches of Switzerland Group PLC announces that Robert Moorhead has decided to
step down from the Board with immediate effect.

Tea Colaianni, Senior Independent Director, will assume the role of Interim
Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee until a permanent successor is
appointed.

The Board would like to thank Robert for his service to the Company since his
appointment in 2019.

This announcement has been made in accordance with the requirements of UK
Listing Rule 6.4.6(R).
