** Stock among top gainers on FTSE midcap index .FTMC, which is up 0.17%

** London-listed co announces share buyback of 25 million pounds ($32.21 million)

** Says new 150 million pound refinancing increases group liquidity headroom by 50 million pounds

** Up to Friday's close, stock fell 19.4% so far this year
