precision, minimally-invasive leak detection and remediation solutions for

Canaccord Genuity Limited as the Company's Joint Broker, working alongside
Grant Thornton UK LLP, the Company's Nominated Adviser, and Dowgate Capital,
the Company's existing Broker, with immediate effect.
