Water Intelligence plc (AIM: WATR.L)

Issue of Options

 

Water Intelligence plc (AIM: WATR.L) (the "Group" or "Water Intelligence"), a
leading multinational provider of precision, minimally-invasive leak detection
and remediation solutions for both potable and non-potable water announces
that as in previous years, the directors have agreed to take their Board fees
in options rather than cash.

 

Therefore, the Board has issued 385,000 options to directors, PDMRs and
employees as follows:
