Water Intelligence (AIM: WATR.L) announces that the Company's 2019 Annual Report & Accounts has been posted to shareholders, along with a notice of an Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on 29 July 2020 at 3:00 p.m. (BST) at the US offices of Water Intelligence - 199 Whitney Avenue, New Haven, Connecticut 06510, USA. 
Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, the Annual General Meeting will be a 'Closed Meeting' with Shareholders unable to attend. Proxy voting is therefore encouraged.
