** Shares of lab equipment maker Waters WAT.N rise 2.7% to $384.75 
** Co raises annual adjusted forecast to $14.45 to $14.65 per share, compared with its previous forecast of $14.40 to $14.60
** Sees annual revenue of $6.42 billion to $6.48 billion, up from $6.41 billion to $6.46 billion previously
** Analysts on average expect 2026 adjusted profit of $14.51 per share and revenue of $6.44 billion, according to data compiled by LSEG
** Co posts Q2 adjusted profit of $3.05 per share, above analysts' average estimate of $3.01
** "The bar was high, and we think WAT met and beat elevated expectations" - Evercore ISI 
** Including session's move, WAT up 2.7% YTD
