Waters to merge with Becton's biosciences and diagnostics arm in $17.5 billion deal

July 14 (Reuters) - Waters Corp WAT.N will merge with Becton, Dickinson and Company's BDX.N Biosciences & Diagnostic Solutions business in a deal valued at about $17.5 billion, the companies said on Monday.
