Blocklisting Application
Watkin Jones plc ("Watkin Jones" or the "Group") announces that an
application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the blocklisting of
410,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
The block admission relates to Ordinary Shares which will be allocated under
the Group's restricted share award plan. New Ordinary Shares issued under the
block listing will rank parri passu in respect with the existing Ordinary
Shares of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective on
or around 4 February 2026.
The Group's issued share capital will not change as a result of the
blocklisting application set out above.
