Confirmation of Board change

 

Further to the announcement on 31 March 2022, Watkin Jones plc (AIM:WJG)
confirms that Simon Laffin, non-executive director, retired from the Board on
31 July 2022. Rachel Addison, non-executive director, has now assumed the role
of Chair of the Audit Committee.
