Watkin Jones plc (AIM:WJG) announces that Alan Giddins, Non-Executive Director
and Chair, purchased 21,500 ordinary shares in the Company on 17 May 2022,
each at a price of 231 pence per share.

 

Following this purchase, Mr Giddins has an interest in 85,500 ordinary shares
in the Company, representing 0.03% per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
