Watkin Jones plc (AIM:WJG) announces that Francis Salway, Non-Executive
Director, purchased 45,500 ordinary shares in the Company on 31 January 2023,
each at a price of 110.16 pence per share.

 

Following this purchase, Francis Salway has an interest in 45,500 ordinary
shares in the Company, representing 0.02% per cent. of the Company's issued
