Watkin Jones plc (AIM:WJG) announces that Alan Giddins, Non-Executive Director
and Chair, bought 50,500 ordinary shares in the Company on 23 May 2023 at a
price of 77.79017 pence per share.

 

Subsequent to this purchase of shares, Alan Giddins now holds 184,000 ordinary
shares in the Company, representing 0.07% of the Company's issued share
capital.
