Watkin Jones plc (AIM: WJG) announces that it has been informed that on 12
October 2023, Alan Giddins, Non-Executive Chair, bought 123,000 ordinary
shares in the Company at a price of 32.0239 pence per share.

 

Subsequent to this purchase of shares, Alan Giddins holds 723,000 ordinary
shares in the Company, representing 0.28% of the Company's issued share
capital.
