Wave Life climbs on positive data for Huntington's therapy

** Shares of drug developer Wave Life Sciences  WVE.O  rise
4.2% to $5.43 in premarket trade
    ** Company says its Huntington's disease therapy WVE-003
showed 46% mean reduction in mutant huntingtin (mHTT) protein
compared to placebo during an early to mid-stage trial
    ** mHTT protein is widely associated with Huntington's
disease, an inherited condition in which nerve cells in the
brain break down over time, leading to motor dysfunction
    ** WVE says it will engage regulators on a clinical
development path for WVE-003 that would support a potential
accelerated approval
    ** Up to last close, stock up 3.2% YTD
