Sept 1 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on

    Wavestone  WAVE.PA :
    Wavestone said it signed "contractual documents" for its
intended combination with Q_PERIOR. 
    
    Carrefour  CARR.PA :
    The French supermarket chain named Alexandre de Palmas as
Executive director for France, and Elodie Perthuisot as
Executive director for Spain, both effective September 4.
    
    Gaztransport et Technigaz SA  GTT.PA :
    The engendering company said its brand Ascenz Marorka won a
contract to equip GasLog's fleet of LNG carriers with "Smart
Shipping" technology.
    
    Air France-KLM SA  AIRF.PA :
    The European airline company announced the completion of its
reverse share split of all outstanding shares. 
    
    Casino Guichard Perrachon SA  CASP.PA :
    Credit rating agency Standard & Poor's (S&P) cut its rating
on Casino down to "D", denoting a likely default, after the
