** Posts Q2 net revenue of $3.27 billion, beating estimates of $3.12 billion, as per data compiled by LSEG

** Wayfair posts Q2 adjusted earnings per share of 87 cents vs analysts' estimate of 33 cents per share

** Year-over-year revenue growth of 6% - excluding the impact of (exit from) Germany - marks the highest growth rate we have seen since early 2021, CEO Niraj Shah says

** YTD, shares up about 47% through last close
