Australia's Waypoint REIT jumps on sale of properties in Victoria state

** Shares of real estate investment firm Waypoint REIT
 WPR.AX  climb as much as 2.6% to A$2.390, on track for their
biggest intraday pct jump since June 24  
    ** Co says it has agreed to sell 29 properties located in
Victoria state to Fawkner Property and its associated entities

    ** Shares hit their highest levels since June 28 
    ** Stock down 17.7% this year, as of last close, vs a 10.8%
decrease in the benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index  .AXJO
