Jefferies sees incremental value from Viva Energy's OTR and Coles Express deals

** Analysts at Jefferies see further upside from Australia's
Viva Energy's acquisition of OTR Group and integration of Coles
Express
    ** Viva said on Tuesday it had completed the Coles Express
deal and was on track to complete OTR acquisition by the year
end 
    ** Shop sales contribution to begin to drive earnings uplift
as Coles Express is integrated and improvement initiatives are
progressed - Jefferies
    ** Says commercial operations has continued to be the
powerhouse of the country's second largest fuel retailer
    ** Brokerage says the Geelong refinery repair that has been
planned for early September is well on track
    ** Sees potential for inorganic growth in Commercial &
Industrial operations for Viva
    ** Stock has risen 13.6% this year, as of last close
